What type of photography services do you offer?

We specialize in event photography and professional headshots for businesses, nonprofits, and government organizations in Washington, D.C. and across the country.

Should I hire a photographer that specializes in event photography?

Absolutely. Other photographers may not be familiar with the the specific formats of corporate or other types of events. Moreover, the intended use of images vary. Seasoned event photographers know how their images will be used and photograph accordingly.

Who do you typically work with?

I work with corporate teams, marketing departments, PR firms, agencies, and event producers.

How do I book with you ?

You can email connor_mclaren@mac.com or fill out the contact form on our website. I'll respond within 24 hours with my availability, a custom quote, and a straightforward contract. Just include your event type, date, coverage hours, whether you need a second shooter, and if rush delivery is required.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your session date.

Why don’t you have pricing listed on your website?

Every event is different, so pricing is customized based on your specific needs — event type, guest count, location, equipment, editing scope, and how the images will be used.

How long will it take to receive the final photos?

Final photos are typically delivered within five business days, with expedited delivery options available.

How are the photos delivered?

Photos are delivered via Pic-Time, a digital gallery, with options to download in web-size and hi-res format.

Do you provide editing services?

Yes, we offer professional editing that includes exposure, contrast, clarity, and color correction.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request. We can add you as an additional insured if needed.
